Visitors' Guide
HOW TO COME
Japan Expo Sud takes place at the hall 3 of the Parc Chanot.
The Festival benefits from an exceptional transportation service with the station ROBESPIERRE on line 9 of the paris underground.
HOW TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL
At the Esplanade, ticket holders and non-ticket holders are split into 2 distinct lines.
Every day, one hour before the official opening time, ticket holders are directed to the entrance. We do not separate people who purchased their ticket from pre-sale offices (France Billet or Ticketnet) from those who simply bought their ticket at the festival one or two days before.
Please, make sure you keep your ticket at hand to save time.
Non-ticket holders are sent to the exhibition hall to purchase their tickets at the registers at 11:00 am..
PLEASE mind the opening hour! Do not come at 8:00am and risk a 2-hour waiting time.
REGISTERS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
For the registers and in order to save time, please make sure you have the right change.
BE CAREFUL, banknotes above €50 are not accepted.
For any cheque, an ID will be automatically required. To save time, please hand it immediately.
Payments with credit cards are accepted only at specified registers.
LEAVING ONCE MEANS LEAVING DEFINITELY so make sure you have enough cash before entering the festival!!
More generally, please plan to bring enough cash or cheques because very few exhibitors accept credit cards and cash points at the Parc are very likely to be crowded so anticipating the cash need means no need to worry about it during the festival.
