Founded by Master Alain Floquet, Aikibudô closely mingles tradition and evolution. This double movement appears through a quest for original technics and a constant desire to adapt to today’s requirements. In line with Budô, the essence of Aikibudô evolved thanks to the greatest contemporary Japanese Masters.
Alain Floquet was the disciple of Master Mochizuki Minoru who represents Aikido-jûjutsu from Yoseikan, of Master Sugino Yoshio from the Katori Shinto Ryu school, and Master Takeda Tokimune for Daïto Ryu Aikijujutsu. Katori Shinto Ryu, classified as cultural and spiritual heritage of Japan, is at the heart of his teaching.
