All the information about how to get an autograph from your favorite artist!

To get an autograph, you need a signing ticket. Signing tickets are available from the Information/Signing Desk. You must go there BEFORE going to the signing room, whatever the system.

For the “First come, first served” system, go to the Information/Signing Desk at the opening, ask for a signing ticket for the artist you want and then you can go to the signing room at the time of the signing session.

For draws, go to the Information/Signing Desk too. Draw a piece of paper from the box! If it’s a winning ticket, you get an official signing ticket. You can try your luck once per day, per guest and per person!
