#10 Where is the entrance?
You’re scared you might get lost in the lines? you won’t find the entrance? you’ll take the wrong direction and cannot get in? Don’t fret, we did our best to avoid that and we’re telling you how!

Once you get to Chanot Marseille, you will first go through security. Then, you’ll be showed towards the line corresponding to your type of ticket:
- the entrance in hall 3 for regular presale 1-day tickets and 3-day passes (like last year)
- the entrance in hall 2 for all others, with 3 separate lines for:
- Zen and Zen+ tickets (like last year)
- people without tickets, the cashiers are now located in hall 2
- priority people (families with young kids, people with disabilities or who cannot stand for a long time…)
Attention! The exit is now located at the right end of hall 3!
