Let’s cook Japanese food during the holidays!

If you haven’t tried yet the recipes Clara ONUKI shared with you at Japan Expo Sud last February, it’s not too late. Start cooking during the holidays!

Clara ONUKI, chef specialised in Japanese cuisine, trusted us with a few recipes when she last came to Japan Expo Sud. In the menu: miso soup, yaki onigiri (fried onigiri), and dorayaki. Those will make a light meal in between the end of the year celebrations!
