Q: Is there a dedicated entrance for people with disabilities?

A: Yes, there is a priority line for people with disabilities, pregnant women, families with young children, or anyone for whom it is hard to stand in the lines. You may be asked to show a justification or doctor’s certificate.

The priority entrance opens at 9.00 am for people with a ticket. Those who don’t have a ticket can get one from 10.00 am at this entrance.

Q: Is the entrance free for disabled people?

A: Disabled people have to pay the entrance fees.

The entrance to the festival is free for the companions of people with disabilities (one companion per person). You’ll have to show a card or justification showing that you need a companion. A free pass will be given them at the entrance, which will allow them to get in from 9.00 am.

Yet, people with disabilities who don’t fall in this category can also come in through the priority line, from 9.00 am if they have a ticket or from 10.00 am if they have to buy a ticket. A ticket office at this entrance will allow them to get one.

Q: Is the festival and its programming accessible to disabled people?

A: Disabled people can access all the festival.

Q: Can disabled people skip the lines at the Signing Desk?

A: Yes, people who can’t keep standing for long can go to the staff members (wearing red jackets) working at the Signing Desk who will let them skip the lines.

Please note that accompanying people will have to line up all the same if they want a signing ticket too.

Q: Are all the festival stages accessible to people with disabilities? Are there reserved seats?
