Biography

Marc LACOMBE is a video game specialized journalist since 1989 and is better known as "Marcus". He is an old dinosaur in the world of video games since he took part in the oldest and most prestigious video game magazines in France such as Micronews, Tilt, Consoles Plus, Player One, Joystick, PC Player, Playguide, Gaming, Playstation magazine, etc.

He is also a pioneer in video game TV shows with shows on several channels. He created channel Game One and the show Level One, and hosts debates and news programs.

Today, he presents his favorite games every month in Micromania shops, makes posts on Jeuxactu.com and tells with a communicative pleasure about the history of video games in the TV show Retro Game One on channel Game One, while preparing a reference book on the subject.

On channel Nolife, he hosts the show which is most like him: Chez Marcus (At Marcus’s) in which he welcomes a TV viewer at home to test a game live on TV, as though he were having a friend home.

Marcus has just released a book, Nos Jeux-vidéos des années 70-90 (our video games from the 70s to 90s), which he'll be glad to sign for you. His most faithful fans also visit his Facebook page which reached 100.000 fans in less than a year’s time.
