Introduction

Yume Duo was born in 2009 when two students from the national conservatoire of music in Lyon –a violinist, Johan VERON, and a pianist, Jean-Vianney ZENATI– start to improvise together on famous movie, Anime and video game themes, from Zelda to Final Fantasy, Mario, Bleach, films by the Studio Ghibli, etc.

The alchimy between the two musicians works at once, and the hobby becomes a real project.

The videos posted on Youtube are immediately hugely successful on the Internet and rapidly becomes more and more popular. The duo arranges and transcribes titles themselves which they play on real classical instruments and shares with their many fans their passion for the world of Manga and video game on the Internet.

In October 2009, Yume Duo wins a contest on the website Dailymotion and get to perform on stage at the Palais des congrés in Paris with Tommy TALLARICO, Jack WALL and Martin LEUNG during the Video Games Live world tour.
