Q: What’s the difference between Zen and Zen+ Tickets, and regular tickets?
A: Zen Tickets allow you to enter the festival earlier, the Zen entrance opening at 8.30 am, and to get out and back in as much as you like. Without a Zen Ticket, any exit is definitive.
Zen Tickets also give you fastpasses for restaurants at the festival and for the Ichigô stage, as well as a gift.
Zen+ Tickets offer you more content related to one of the guests, depending on the type of Zen+ ticket.
Q: When are the Zen and Zen+ Ticket sales over?
A: There is no deadline, the sale is over when all the tickets have been sold.
Usually, all the Zen and Zen+ Tickets are sold out within a few minutes. Yet Tickets can be on sale again in case of cancellation. If this is the case, they will be available on Japan Expo Sud’s website as validations go along. No message is sent, so we invite you to have a look at the page regularly in the days following the sale.
When all the bookings have been validated, it will be specified on the website of Japan Expo Sud.
Q: What do I have to bring on the first day of Japan Expo Sud?
A: You have to go to the Zen and Zen+ Desk with your electronic ticket (which you received by e-mail), as well as a valid ID (ID card or passport).
You will be given a badge, valid for the 3 days of the festival. Anyone without their electronic ticket or their ID will not be allowed to get their badge.
Q: I can’t find any information about Gold and Silver Tickets. Where can I buy one?
A: Only Zen and Zen+ Tickets are on sale now. The other Premium Tickets no longer exist.
