As a kid, Nobuyoshi HABARA already wanted to become an animator. After a few independent anime he made in high school, he made his dream come true in the 80s. As time went by, his talent got more varied and he had several jobs: animator, chara-designer, director, animation director, or storyboarder, until he became the head of the animation department and co-founder of studio XEBEC.

A fan of science fiction and robots, he is also a mecha-designer, on Dancouga – Super Beast Machine GodMobile Suit Z GundamMachine Robo: Revenge of Cronos, in his early career, and then Gekiganger 3 or Space Battleship Yamato 2199. He worked on various themes, like football with Ashita e Free Kick, or others with Broken Blade or Negima! Magister Negi Magi.

If you’re a mecha, science fiction and animation fan like Nobuyoshi HABARA, don’t miss the opportunity to meet him at this exceptional signing!

Signed drawing

Nobuyoshi HABARA will draw one of the characters of his series: a great opprtunity for all the fans of the anime on which he's worked to get a signed drawing made for them.

As a drawing takes more time than an autograph, there are less tickets than for regular signings. So you should go straight to the Signing Desk when you arrive!

  • To get an autograph, you must get a signing ticket at the Signing Desk.
  • System: first come, first served - When it's your turn at the Signing Desk, the computer just takes your photo and prints a signing ticket that you will have to show to have access to the signing (within the limit of available signing tickets).
  • Signing material: you can bring an official product of your choice. Otherwise free ex-libris are given for free.
  • To have more chances of getting an autograph, read the instructions for signings on this page
