You’ve fallen for the tastes of Japanese cuisine? Sushi and maki have no more secrets for you but you’d like to go further? Don’t miss Clara ONUKI at Japan Expo Sud: she’s explaining how to prepare a few easy dishes typical of Japanese cuisine, which has conquered the world.
During this demonstration, Clara ONUKI will initiate you to the Japanese confections called wagashi. Often served with green tea, those sweets can be made of jelly like yôkan, rice paste with the varied types of mochi, daifuku or dango, or kinds of waffles such as dorayaki with green bean paste.
