You’re a fan of Japan, its culture, and the themes featured at Japan Expo Marseille? You’d love to share this passion with the thousands of attendees of the festival, on stage or with activities on a booth? Then why not take part in Japan Expo Marseille?!

You wish to take part in the 15th edition of Japan Expo Marseille?? Fill out the following form to submit your project proposal!
In the application form, you have to:
- Explain your project in detail, mentioning whether it is a booth activity (exhibit, presentation, workshop, initiation…) or a stage event (show, panel, game…), or if you’re interested by both options.
- Specify if you’re an association, a company, or a solo participant.
- Give us your contact information.
Our team in charge of the festival programming will study your project and get back to you as soon as possible.
Send us your projects for Japan Expo Marseille 2025, which will be held on February 21 to 23, 2025, at Marseille Chanot.
