Amateur percussion musicians of all ages mix sweet and powerful melodies with exceptional instruments: an original instrumentarium made of bamboo, from a which an incredible variety of sounds flows! Taiko, angklung, také-marimba, trumpets resound in harmony with powerful rhythms, creating a unique music world of percussions.
Pousses de Bamboo Orchestra’s first CD, TAKENOKO, made in Marseille, was released in September 2011.
And if you want to try their bamboo instruments, don't miss this session: it will include workshops.
