New: your signing tickets on the app!
Faster, easier, with only a few clicks, book your signing ticket on Japan Expo Sud’s mobile app! We tell you more about this new feature.

No signing ticket, no signing! So launch the app as soon as you arrive to get your signing tickets.
If you haven’t installed Japan Expo Sud’s mobile app yet, now is the time: on top of having all the information about the festival and preparing your personal schedule, you will now get your signing tickets from the app and store them in it!
No need to queue at the Signing Desk anymore, you can do everything on your smartphone as soon as you are at the festival (after your entrance ticket has been scanned).
Some tips before your visit
You can get your signing tickets only when you're at the festival, once your ticket has been scanned at the entrance, but before coming:
- check out that you're logged in on the app
- check out that your entrance ticket is in your account (My account > My tickets), if not scan it with the app to add it or enter the ticket code
- and charge your phone, or even bring a portable powerbank!
