Traditional culture: shows and activities!
Many among you enjoy traditional contents featured at Japan Expo Sud and the upcoming edition will be no exception! Let’s remind you of what’s been announced so far, before we tell you more!
Joy and good humour await you with Vogue, a troupe from Japan, and Yosakoi Paris Hinodemai: they are taking you into the rhythm of yosakoi, a dance full of energy, on Saturday and Sunday on the Sakura stage.
Music is not missing from the program: Gaho TAKAHASHI invites you to follow the sound of koto on Saturday and Sunday, while the rock band ROA will make a demo of their star instrument, tsugaru shamisen.
Traditional games, calligraphy or origami workshops, and so many more will also be featured on the area held by the Consulate General of Japan in Marseille and the associations’ booths listed on this page.
Of course there’s more to be announced shortly and to miss nothing of it, the only solution is to follow our news!
