Presentation

Bujinkan Ninjutsu is a Japanese martial art school created by Masaaki HATSUMI to promote the teaching of Ninjutsu in Japan and all over the world.

Bujinkan is made of nine ancient schools of Ninjutsu and Bujutsu, and teaches them in a common program: Ten Chi Jin Ryaku no Maki. Hand fighting and with traditional weapons (sword, spear, knife, chains, Shuriken, stick, etc.) is studied within these schools.

Dating back from the 9th to 15th century, these fighting methods which were created on the feudal Japan battlefields have adapted to their time and to the evolution of new weapons and strategies.

Studying and working on Ninjutsu have but one goal: achieving natural movement. It is the ability to protect oneself naturally developed by having a deeper technical knowledge, spiritually as well as physically.

It is more than a martial art, it is a lifestyle!
