Yuzu, a top-notch conference room featuring your favorite artists

Conferences, live drawings, cooking demos, games, or masterclasses: the Yuzu Stage hosts the artists invited to the festival and expert participants who share their passion with you on this stage which has moved to the Callelongue auditorium of Marseille Chanot last year!

As many improvements were brought to the facilities of Japan Expo Sud for the 10th Anniversary of the festival back in 2019, the Yuzu Stage moved to the Palais des Congrès, into the Callelongue auditorium, benefitting from the best facilities to organize conferences.

With its stage and screen adding up to its tier which can welcome up to 400 people, Yuzu (yuzu being a type of citrus fruit), is the perfect place to attend the many conferences held there, featuring a variety of subjects and including the guests’. Mangaka and other graphic artists also hold live drawings, like the chara-designer Terumi NISHII in 2019. For the 10th Anniversary of Japan Expo Sud, it also hosted conferences by the video game studio vice-president CyberConnect 2 Taichiro MIYAZAKI, by the idol group kolme, or by the founders of the festival for the Anniversary.

Cooking demos, Japanese classes, cosplay masterclasses and prize-giving were also organized on this stage.
