Japanese cuisine is one of the healthiest in the world. It uses very little fat, many vegetables, and products with high levels of nutrients like soy, miso, or tofu.

Clara ONUKI is a home cook and a teacher of Japanese and healthy cooking. She will teach you the secrets of this healthy and delicious food!

Program

Every year, Clara ONUKI attends Japan Expo Sud to hold demo-panels about traditional Japanese cooking

For the festival 10th Anniversary, she will meet you twice on Saturday, Feb. 23: 

  • The art of fermentation in Japanese cooking - Demonstration: sweet potato and white miso dumplings
  • Japanese confectionery: sweet Japan - Demonstration: matcha mushipan (steamed cake)
