Go was created in China thousands years ago. It has become very popular in Japan where it has been played for 1,200 years, but only got known in the Western world recently.
The game aims at winning territories with a checkboard (goban) and pieces called stones. The rules are quite simple and can be learned quickly. Even beginners can play very interesting games. But though it may look simple, it’s also a very subtle game.
Come learn the basics of go on the Sardin K'IN's booth: its members are here to explain you how to play.
And if you already know how to play go, come find new adversaries!
