accreditation Process
Access for journalists and audiovisual crews to Japan Expo Marseille 16th edition is only available upon request by email to our press relations agency: contact[a]gamesofcom.fr or via the contact form in the “Contact us” section at the bottom of the page.
If your request is approved, you will receive a daily invitation.
On-site reception
The reception area for professionals is located at the entrance to Hall 1 of the Marseille Chanot Exhibition Center.
For on-site requests, journalists must present a press card or a letter of authorization from their editorial office, or an email of validation from the festival's press officers (contact[a]gamesofcom.fr).
Please note: due to the large number of accreditation requests for online media, no invitations will be issued on site. All requests must be made in advance to our agency.
The reception desk opening hours are:
Friday, March 8: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 9: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 10: 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Activities allowing a media accreditation
In your email, please specify the details of what is planned in terms of media coverage and/or attach examples of topics if you have been accredited in previous years.

- Television
- Radio
- Internet
- Journalist (upon presentation of a press card or professional ID, letter from the editor-in-chief of the agency or media outlet, copies of any articles/topics covered. Please specify the details of what is planned in terms of media coverage)
- Photographer: press invitations are reserved for press photographers upon presentation of a press card or professional proof (letter from the editor-in-chief of the agency or media outlet)
- Press officer
Content creators not commissioned by the media are not covered by the festival's press office and will be accredited by the communications department. For all requests, please write to us using the contact form in the “Contact us” section at the bottom of the page.
