The Takano chefs are a couple who know all the secrets of Japanese cuisine, especially soba! Come and take part in their workshops at the France Japon Connexion stand (stand A033) and see them on stage for presentations!
Present on Saturday and Sunday only, they will be giving a soba demonstration on the Sakura stage on Saturday, February 28 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
