What is a Zen Badge?
Zen Tickets are limited-edition premium passes that offer exclusive benefits to help you make the most of Japan Expo Marseille 2026.
Two options are available:
- Zen Badge
- Zen + Confort Badge (new for Japan Expo Marseille 2026!) — includes even more benefits for the ultimate experience.
3-day access & a dedicated entrance
Your Zen Badge allows you to go to Japan Expo Marseille all three days, using the line dedicated to Zen Badge owners, so you have less waiting and avoid the crowd.
Entrance before public opening
For Zen Badge owners, the gates open at 9.00 am, 30 minutes prior to the presale opening (on the first day, you will also have to pick up your badge before getting in). You will be among the first to visit the festival, queue at the Signing Desk, and start shopping.
Temporary exits
You need to go back to your car to put your shopping in it? to go out for a moment? You can, thanks to your Zen Badge: you can get out and back in as much as you like.
Lockers
Are your arms too full? An exclusive locker is available to Zen Badge holders at the festival entrance, allowing you to drop off your belongings all day long!
Gifts
Japan Expo Marseille offers to all Zen Badge holders collector souvenirs of the festival: an exclusive goodies pack!

Please note: this badge is non-transferable. If you are purchasing multiple tickets or badges, please provide the contact details (and photo) of each holder.
Last admission is at 5:30 p.m.
Children under the age of 8 are entitled to a free ticket, which can be collected from Visitor Services.
New addition - the Zen + Confort Badge !
The Zen + Confort Badge is the big new feature for the 2026 edition. It is the ultimate entry ticket for visitors, including all the benefits of the Zen Badge, plus:
- Early admission at 8:55 a.m., 35 minutes before the general opening.
- Free meals from food trucks during the 3 days.
- Access to a rest area.
- A reserved seat on Ichigo.
- Early access to certain products.
The Zen + Confort Badge is shipped directly to your mailing address. If you prefer, you can also choose to pick it up on site.

To buy a Zen Badge, you must have a user account on our website: save time and create it now by clicking here.
If you already have one, you just have to log in. You can check out that you have already added your photoin your account: it will be necessary to buy a Zen Badge.
To pick up your badge, you must show the countermark received by e-mail or available in your account on our website (print or smartphone); your countermark does not allow you to get in but only to pick up the badge).
