Come and try aikido
Discover aikido with the Fédération Française d'Aïkido, Aïkibudo et associés on the Budô area at Japan Expo Sud !

Aikido’s goal is to help us apprehend spaces, achieve a better shape, a better relation towards partners and especially how to react well in a conflict, beginning with trying to avoid it! This martial art is to be practiced bare-handed but also requires the use of traditional Japanese wood weapons. Aikido allows gender-mix lessons and includes people of all age. Children can try it too!
The regional league and the FFAAA’s comity, federation supported by the French ministry for Youth and Sports, will provide demonstrations and initiations all along the three days of the festival!
