Karuta, shôgi, go: as many invitations to play! After mah-jong, here come three new traditional games to be discovered at Japan Expo Sud, with family or friends!

The area with the Consulate General of Japan in Marseille present two traditional game booths with workshops. Come discover karuta, a Japanese card game based on traditional poems, and shôgi, generals’ chess game. And with a special guest as Madoka KITAO, a professional player, is coming to show you her best moves.
As for go, you will learn the basics of the game: its members will explain to you how to play. And if you already know how to, you’ll find new adversaries to fight!
