And you have a very wide choice of disciplines! Let’s try aikidô, a non-violent martial art practiced with bare hands, admire kendô practitioners, or discover Shorinji Kempo, a self-defense discipline.
Whatever your age, don’t forget to call in at the Budô area: practitioners will be waiting for you to have you try those six disciplines, all along the festival! We have more disciplines in store for you: follow our news to find out more about them in the upcoming weeks.
