To the heart of Japanese traditional culture
Tea ceremony, origami, shôgi, calligraphy, nihon buyô, and many more: with workshops, demonstrations, performances and exhibits, the Consulate General of Japan in Marseille is inviting you to enjoy Japanese culture and traditions on a dedicated area!
At Japan Expo Sud, the Consulate General of Japan in Marseille, helped by local associations and artists, is waiting for you on an area entirely dedicated to Japanese culture and traditions.
It’s an opportunity for the attendees to take part in workshops dedicated to the tea ceremony, origami, the Japanese language or okonomiyaki, and attend a nihon buyô dance performance, as well as an exhibit showing the works of local Japanese artists.
You’ll find more information about the activities proposed by the Consulate General of Japan in Marseille on this page and with more details in the participant list. And more is coming in the next days!
