Ticket transfer

You didn’t buy your own ticket, but a third-party holder wants to link it to your Japan Expo account?
Nothing could be easier!
Ticket transfer is the solution!

On the Japan Expo Marseille ticketing platform, ticket transfer allows you to send all your tickets by email (except for Zen and Zen + Comfort Badges) and instantly link them to another person’s account.

Tickets are not registered by name. Once linked to your account, you’ll be able to apply for signing sessions through the lottery system.

To transfer your ticket, you’ll need to visit the ticketing website and follow these steps:

• Have a Japan Expo account (sign up or  log in).
• Go to the “My Account” section.
• Click on “Ticket.”
• Select the ticket you want to transfer.
• Click “Transfer Ticket.”
• Enter the recipient’s email address and send.

A link to a login page will be sent by email along with the ticket.
If the recipient doesn’t already have an account on the Japan Expo ticketing site, it’s best for them to register first.

Please note:

• Ticket and autograph session validation is limited to one per account.
• You cannot submit multiple autograph session applications from the same account.

Zen Badges are personalized and non-transferable, and therefore not eligible for ticket transfers.
