Entrances & Cash Desks
From 9.15 am, people with tickets are led to the entrance of the festival after ticket control.
Zen ticket owners are allowed in from 8.45 am. Zen + 15 ans ticket owners are allowed in from 8.30 am.
PLEASE NOTE: this year, in order to guarantee flow control, there will be no on-site ticket sales. However, you will be able to buy tickets online, within the available stocks, only via our online ticketing or our application. Go to the pre-sale queue if you don't have a ticket. We remind you that you get a discount when buying presale tickets.
We remind you that the festival entrance is free for children under 8! The free entrance ticket is to be picked up at the Troubleshooting desk. A supporting document might be asked.
Free tickets
Only children under 8 and the companions of people with disabilities with a card or supporting document mentioning blindness or the need for a companion can benefit from the free entrance. In both cases, you'll need to show a supporting document.
Attention: people who benefit from free entrance must pick up a free ticket at the Troubleshooting desk.
